Recipe Development
I am an experienced recipe developer, having written and tested recipes for various projects over the past 10 years including cookbooks, branded and editorial content. Brands and chefs I’ve worked with on recipe creation and testing include Rachel Khoo, Harper Collins, Joe Wicks, foodspring, food.com and BBC Food.
Having completed a BSc in Food Science & Nutrition, I understand the science behind how recipes work and this, coupled with an enduring obsession with all things food, means I’m well placed to create delicious recipes to fit a specific brief. I have a special interest in baking as well as vegan/vegetarian recipes which means I understand the intricacies of recipe creation for these specific requirements.
Running a food blog since 2011 and being heavily involved in the online food scene in the UK and USA has meant I also understand food trends and aesthetic trends. This helps me come up with innovative ways to incorporate a product or idea into unique recipes which can help your brand stand out.
